they are printed per order and have a 2 week turn around plus shipping time.
If you are in South or Central America, Asia or Africa email for shipping or choose everywhere else and if the shipping is hugely different I will send you an email with an invoice for the difference once I've checked the cost for your address.
if you are in any space that requires a customs form from Germany and want to risk shipping without tracking I'll happily post them without and generally the price is halved without tracking.
