- Shipping these days is taking anywhere from 4-6 weeks. I usually send out a little faster but with corona making a mess of shipping routes sometimes it takes a while. Please be patient! ❤️

Shipping
Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order during checkout.
All items ship from Berlin, Germany (with the exception of drop-shipped giclee prints that ship from Dstudio in the UK (https://dstudiouk.com/privacy-policy.html). Drop-shipped items are clearly indicated in the product description, otherwise I ship using the warenpost option with Deutsche post and/or DHL for pricier items with higher insurance values.
Please allow between 1-2 weeks Business Days for preparation of shipping, unless it is stated in the description in which case the item will be packed and shipped once the production partner has delivered the items. Pre-Orders will be listed as such with an estimated arrival date to us here.
All shipping will be carried out via the warenspost option with Deutsche post and/or DHL for pricier items with higher insurance values. Drop-shipped items are clearly indicated in the product description in which case they are drop-shipped using Royal Mail in the UK by dstudio (https://dstudiouk.com/privacy-policy.html) https://www.dhl.com/content/dam/downloads/g0/legal/summary_dpdhl_privacypolicy.pdf https://www.royalmail.com/gdpr

VAT charges
EU citizens are subject to EU Tax laws and will be presented with a 19% VAT TAX incl. which corresponds to the German VAT Tax regulation.
Should you be liable for a EU-intra delivery and have a valid VAT-ID, please contact us at: [email protected] for an external arrangement and a VAT-ID invoice.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at customers expense. You have 14 days from the day you received your purchased items to send them back. (Please note all sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.)
Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number. I (G.Douglas ) will confirm the return. As soon as the return has been received and inspected, the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please note: Shipping costs will not be refunded.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the returns team, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, this might take within 3-5 business days.
What items can I return?
Items purchased in the last 14 days.
Full priced items in new condition. Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging/
What items are non-returnable?
Items marked as sale.
Items that have been worn or are soiled/stained.
What to do if you think your item is faulty/damaged
Email me! Send me pictures and a description to [email protected] and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue quickly!
What happens if your return is rejected by us?
Any items received that are not in original condition, that have stains/soiling will be not be eligible for refunds. Shipping costs will need to be covered.
To return your product please email (due to corona closures it’s best that I send you an address that’s relevant for when you might have to send it). Ordinarily it would be to my studio Taiko Gallery in Berlin but with so many closures in the lat 12 months it is best to arrange this fist via email :)
You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, especially now with corona measures being different continent to continent and trade routes being disrupted.
All packages are sent with tracking, higher insurance shipping available upon request. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
